Neslor

There is one recipe that I have invented a few days back. It was a kamikaze recipe but it turned out to be great. huhuhu.. When I told my housemate about the recipe, he immediately came out with its name, Neslor. It is the combination of 3 in 1 Nestum and eggs (Nestum + Telur = Neslor).

The ingredient.. plus a bit of salt and oil.

To make it is not as simple as doing the neslo (nestcafe+milo) that you usually order at restaurant. It is more than that. Only passionate and love can make a good one. However, the expert like all of you can easily do this omelette.

The procedures are:

  1. First, Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Secondly Add some salt and the small slices of union.  Continue beating for a while.
  3. Then, add the 3 in 1 nestum and beat the mixture some more.
  4. Heat oil in a wok or small shallow frying pan on low heat.
  5. Add the eggs into the wok/pan. Spread the egg evenly and let it cook slowly. About 2 minutes.
  6. When you see the sides of the egg getting brownish, flip it upside down and continue cooking for another minute or two.

Maybe your curiosity can break the eggs. But one thing I can assure you, the taste is a lot better than the ordinary omelette. Now you can make a simple and wonderful 5 star recipe with your own hands. Happy iftar.. huhuhu
